No Seeds - this is cutting
All rosemary seeds don't have great germination rates - somewhere between 30-50% - so rather than provide seeds that are harder to start, we would rather offer a cutting of rosemary that will take easier. You will receive a 10cm cutting to plant. 2nd image is cutting after 4 weeks growth.

Drinking a cup of rosemary tea daily may be the easiest way to benefit from the herb’s protective compounds.
Boil 1-2 cups of water. Add 1 small bunch of finely chopped rosemary leaves to your cup. Pour hot water over the leaves. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, strain, and enjoy!
